When I was checking on the plans I had for today there was a mixed feeling of WOW and oh no. May 8th already! Where did that first week of May go? While we’re at it, where did April go?

As the saying goes “the best laid plans of mice and men often go awry” - and that goes for women too.

Even though I am a week down, the “theme” style of writing on this site will continue in May (in fact I am considering continuing it every month) and the focus will be on blogging.

Now I know that there are many great sites that already shared exceptional information and resources on starting or improving your blog, but of all the questions I am asked the topic of blogs is the most consistent.

I will touch on reading, writing, platforms, how-to’s, great resources and I will make sure that there are posts for all levels - beginners, intermediates and advanced . If there are any specific questions you would like me to address then just drop a comment below.

If you are an advanced user then I would like to encourage you to share your wisdom in the comments of each post. You will even get rewarded with some link-love seeing that I have removed the standard “do not follow” rule from this site (more about that in another post).

My commitment is to get you 7 or 8 posts on blogs this month.  Stay tuned.

Aside : if you are interested in where the saying comes from - the saying is adapted from a line in “To a Mouse” by Robert Burns: “The best laid schemes o’ mice an’ men / Gang aft a-gley.”and that goes for women too.
