Just today I got some very positive feedback on the website: it was clear, easy to find information, credible, great navigation etc kudos to you for most of that!). You will notice that in the document I haven't actually mentioned and particular technology or platform. Instead I have mentioned business processes or outcomes. To me to term website can actually mean a traditional static website or a more dynamic blog-based website. A website to me is just the name used for an business's place on the web. As you would know blogs actually meet the needs of many of these areas very well :-) @Des – I definitely think that blogging fits into this process.
